httpd isn't starting in latest front-end build

Maybe this has something to do with latest apr upgrgade: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-8336

Workaround applied: using libguestfs remove apr and install it one more time from release repo (not from updates).
