Fedora 11 support

Add support for Fedora 11, make it new default version.

appliance-creator
produces some crap in rpm database. After a clean appliance is created I cannot install any rpm via rpm or yum command no matter if I'm using libguestfs to access raw disk or do it manually. Gist from converting appliance to vmware.After:
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db* rpm --rebuilddb
Everything works great, I can install packages, but rebuilding package database takes a lot of time (3-5 min or so.).

Bug 507188 submitted to appliance-tools, waiting for response.
For now, as a workaround I'll rebuild database each time I build a new image…

Current build based on Fedora 11 hangs on "Creating initial device nodes" while booting.

New appliance-tools package was released: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/appliance-tools-004.4-2.fc11 Currently in updates-testing repository.
