run depmod command after ec2 image conversion

Commands to run:
mkdir /lib/modules/2.6.16-xenU
depmod -a 2.6.16-xenU
This will avoid these warnings:
Apr 8 07:45:06 domU-12-31-39-03-B9-94 modprobe: FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.16-xenU/modules.dep: No such file or directory
Apr 8 07:45:16 domU-12-31-39-03-B9-94 modprobe: FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.16-xenU/modules.dep: No such file or directory
Apr 8 07:49:07 domU-12-31-39-03-B9-94 modprobe: FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.16-xenU/modules.dep: No such file or directory
Apr 8 07:49:28 domU-12-31-39-03-B9-94 modprobe: FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.16-xenU/modules.dep: No such file or directory
