store information gathered in wizard in a file and reuse it

Information is stored default in
~./.jboss-cloud/configs/directory (but this can be overridden withENV['JBOSS_CLOUD_CONFIG_DIR']environment variable).Files from that directory are read when wizard starts and listed to user. User can use a selected config (build image), delete it or edit (currently not yet implemented).
Example file:
