Appliance wizard

Add a wizard for creation of appliances. User could select memory size, networking options, output type and so on.

The base wizard is done. It supports as much as possible were without digging much in the JBoss Cloud core. Next wizard features will be added in other tasks/feature requests.
Of course it need some "stupidity" tests :)
