redundant loadbalancers

We should provide the ability to have redundant loadbalancers. One of it should be a backup for main loadbalancer. All JBoss AS 5 nodes in a cluster (group) should be informed in some way about available loadblancers (maybe statically at cluster creation?).
TODO: check Linux HA if we can use it in a DHCP driven environment.
