store information gathered in wizard in a file and reuse it

Information is stored default in ~./.jboss-cloud/configs/ directory (but this can be overridden with ENV['JBOSS_CLOUD_CONFIG_DIR'] environment variable).

Files from that directory are read when wizard starts and listed to user. User can use a selected config (build image), delete it or edit (currently not yet implemented).

Closing as the main issue is completed. Created #34 for editing configs.
