Create appliance for building appliances

We should provide appliance with all required tools installed and preconfigured for seamless building other appliances.

- Appliance should have at least 10GB hard disk.
- Sudo configuration to avoid entering password every time converter is started.
- Create a site with instructions how to upgrade necessary packages (livecd-tools and appliance-tools)
- Check appliance size after packing it with tar
- Yeah, packaged meta-appliance RAW disk image with tar has only 250MB (from 10GB original)!
