Allow configuration of :jboss_config in Rake tasks

#2

While :jboss_config is a respected Capistrano setting (ie, 'all' or 'default', etc), it is currently ignored by the rake tasks.

The rake tasks are currently using the 'default' server (as of today). The value is a literal scattered around the .task files.

Should either be read from config/jboss-something.yml, or somehow injected through the Rakefile? I think I prefer jboss-something.yml, but have no thoughts on appropriate name.
