Uber package of AS5+deployer installed

Create an uber package of AS5 + JBoss Rails deployer already installed in all applicable server configurations.
ie, 'all' and 'default'.
Also, with ROOT.war removed, and jmx-console/web-console either removed or secured. Also, check the jmx-invoker (and other invoker) security issues.
Let the uber .tar.gz/.zip encompass as many "best practices" as we can.
